**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our Professional Services team in delivering successful customer outcomes with our cloud implementations.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management, including handling external client projects, and the ability to balance business and technical requirements to produce a project plan. They will also be able to lead enterprise-wide engagements, facilitate meetings with client executives, and mentor teams of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams of 20+ members to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Manage budgets and schedules, and effectively communicate with remote consultants.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Serve as the primary customer interface and perform project management activities that ensure adherence to Salesforce methodology and project gates and governance.
