We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Supervisor to join our team at Occidental Vacation Club - Occidental At Xcaret Destinations - Barcelo Hotel Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our sales team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Provide coaching and training to team members to improve sales skills
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
- Bilingual (English required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
