Montblanc is seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail organization, you will be responsible for driving sales, profit, and lean operations in our boutiques.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Experience: Support Business Managers (BM) and Area Business Managers (ABM) to achieve sales results, develop sales strategies, and ensure excellent customer shopping experiences.
- POS Management: Analyze sales and stock reports, develop action plans, and monitor CRM results to meet company targets.
- Team Development: Empower BM/ABM to leverage their commitment, develop professional teams, and cover staff in sales activities when needed.
- Operational Control: Ensure the correct execution of ICS, cyclic, semestral, and weekly inventories, and maintain strong communication with the Retail Director.
- Additional Tasks: Contribute to the coordination of new boutique projects, implement international and local strategies, and assist with POS events and marketing activities.
