- Commodity Management: Support the commodity management strategy, including supplier consultation and selection, contract negotiation, and inventory management.
- Supply Qualification: Lead the supply qualification process, ensuring compliance with responsibility matrices and maintaining accurate data in project tracking dashboards.
- Project Management: Manage data and ensure timely execution of projects, actively participating in sourcing project status and supplier performance metrics.
- Education: University or College degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Purchasing/Sourcing, Project Management, with high mix, low volume electronics manufacturing experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, team spirit, result-oriented, problem-solving, and proficiency in Excel.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP, understanding of engineering/manufacturing processes, and proficiency in other software applications.
