About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our team at Buscojobs México. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives and ensuring the efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, validate, and execute process and software development projects
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent and correct process issues
  • Provide technical support for ongoing production activities and participate in the development of new products and processes
  • Develop and execute structured test plans to assess the impact of modified or new processes
  • Align and prioritize productivity improvement projects with Operations Managers and implement Standard Times, measure and control, standard work, and Quality Improvement projects
  • Research and develop new ideas, processes, and systems to improve operational cost KPIs
  • Use statistical tools, problem-solving, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement tools to drive process excellence
  • Lead and control improvement tasks and activities among cross-functional departments
  • Provide coaching and feedback to designers and staff members on key performance indicators
  • Send weekly reports on trends and findings during design treatment plans, clinical investigations, manufacturing issues, and customer complaints
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or internationally equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related fields
  • Typically 3-5 years of directly related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Package and Electronic Document Management Systems
  • Experience in designing, executing, and measuring quality processes
  • Experience in investigation methodology and root cause analysis
  • Experience in statistical analysis methodology and data analysis
  • Prior work experience in healthcare (FDA) regulated industry; biotech, pharma, medical device
  • Advanced level of English speaking, reading, and writing
  • Strong effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence across the organization
