Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and construct resilient and scalable SAP system frameworks tailored to fulfill client business objectives.
  • Collaborate with client business analysts, developers, and various IT professionals to guarantee the seamless integration of SAP solutions with pre-existing systems.
  • Execute system analysis and design tasks, encompassing requirements gathering, feasibility assessments, and solution formulation.
  • Assist in pre-sales initiatives by partnering with the sales team to comprehend client requirements, formulate proposals, and showcase SAP solutions.
  • Aid in the development of project proposals, including scoping, estimation, and pricing of SAP solutions.
  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients to grasp their business needs, address any concerns, and ensure satisfaction with our offerings.

Expertise in SAP Solutions:

  • Offer guidance and support in the deployment, customization, and enhancement of SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD) for clients.
  • Diagnose and resolve intricate SAP-related challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
  • Stay informed about the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices, and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English at an intermediate to advanced level.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in pre-sales, client engagement, or technical consulting roles within the IT sector.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to comprehend and convey complex technical concepts.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset and adept problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to forge and maintain strong client relationships.
