Job Title: Merchandise Planner

About the Role:

The Merchandise Planner is responsible for ensuring the scheduling process for Merchandisers and creating reports to manage their performance. This role will be responsible for maintaining the daily schedule of our Merchandising team and ensuring that all Merchandisers have a schedule in the system (Salesforce).

Key Responsibilities:

* Create a daily scheduling process for Merchandisers
* Maintain schedules of hourly workforce in Salesforce
* Develop a front-line intake process for schedule maintenance that reduces time demands
* Develop an exception process for Merchandisers not on schedules (relief roles)
* Responsible for reports system issues

Requirements:

* Bachelor's, Associate, or Technical degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Data and Analytics, Computer Science, or similar
* Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
* Advanced English
* Advanced skills on communicate and work with different teams
