Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of software systems, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and quality assurance, to ensure that software systems meet business requirements and technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.
- Identify and prioritize technical issues and develop solutions to resolve them.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and engineers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies and recommend new technologies and approaches to improve software development processes.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in object-oriented design and methodologies.
- Expertise in one or more programming languages, including Java, Python, JavaScript, or C++.
- Experience with cloud-based services, including SaaS and PaaS.
- Knowledge of web services and web-based technologies.
- Experience with mobile LTE (4G)/5G technologies, especially core network.
- Experience with highly available and redundant software development.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and lead cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience with telecommunications software development.
