Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to meet business objectives and drive cost savings.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal pricing and delivery terms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal partners.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in global supply chain management, with a focus on strategic sourcing and supplier management.
- Proven track record of driving cost savings and process improvements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
