We're looking for a talented Process Engineer to join our team at Flex Ltd, located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
As a Process Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing process control methodologies, preparing justification and purchasing capital equipment, and implementing and evaluating proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding manufacturing SMT & Wave solder processes
- Developing and implementing process improvements to support cost, quality, and delivery goals
- Preparing and implementing capital equipment for production
- Developing and implementing process control methodologies
- Interface with production on activities associated with new process implementation and transfer
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Strong knowledge in NPI & Mass Production
- Knowledge in Fixture Designs
- Advanced English language skills
- Process Development experience
- Green Belt or Black Belt certification a plus
