Job Title

ServiceNow Developer (4-6 Years)

Key Responsibilities

As a seasoned ServiceNow developer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining complex ServiceNow solutions, leveraging industry best practices to drive business value.

Technical Requirements

• Rigorous hands-on experience in implementing at least two out of ITSM, CMDB, Employee Centre, HRSD, ITAM, and Scope App solution using industry best practices.

• Advanced hands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script includes, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound.

• Good experience of Service Portal and widget creation.

• Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub.

• Very good experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation.

• Hands-on experience with Performance Analytics.

• Knowledge of Authentication via Auth 2.0, certificates, and Mid Server.

• Implemented ServiceNow project in Domain separated instance.

• Experienced in implementation on ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases.

• Good knowledge of MID Server installation and management.

• Experience of custom applications development.

• Experience of LDAP/Active Directory/SSO implementation.

• Experience of Orchestration use case implementation.

Desirable Skills

• Worked on CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management.

• Experience in working on Performance Analytics.

• Design and modification of ServiceNow Service Portal.

• Review existing set up and provide best practice recommendations in line with the OEM.

• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.

• Experience with HTML coding and Jelly script strongly preferred.

Academic and Professional Experience

Professional

• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow development required.

• 6+ years of experience with IT Industry required.

Academics

• Certified System Admin is a must.

• CIS-ITSM, Certified Application developer.

• One Mainline certification is a must.

• CMDB, Performance Analytics certifications preferred.

• ITIL Foundations certification is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
