**Job Summary**:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to join our team at Endava. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Design and develop Salesforce components using apex code and visual force pages.
  • Provide business solutions that require apex language, classes, and workflow, triggers/controllers, or visual force pages.
  • Mentor and manage teams of younger consultants to ensure project timelines are met and quality assurance is maintained.
  • Present architecture options and recommendations, including configuration.
  • Deliver full lifecycle SFDC and Pardot implementation from inception to rollout.
  • Maintain and support Salesforce and Pardot systems.
  • Evaluate new features and support the development of new business functions.
  • Awareness of platform-specific design considerations, such as large data volumes, allocation limits, and data migration.
  • Strong business acumen and experience developing governance strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Develop and implement training materials and training plans.
  • Support Salesforce Mobile on iOS and Android devices.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

  • Design components using apex code and develop using extension, custom settings, visual force pages.
  • Providing business solutions that may require Apex Language, Classes and Workflow, Triggers/Controllers or Visual Force Pages.
  • Identify, escalate, and monitor technical issues to resolution.
  • Mentor and manage teams of younger consultants to be able to keep project on time Quality Assurance review of work done by the team.
  • Present architecture options and recommendations - including configuration.
  • Delivering full lifecycle SFDC and Pardot implementation from inception to rollout.
  • Maintaining and supporting Salesforce and Pardot systems.
  • Evaluating new features and supporting the development of new business functions.
  • Awareness of platform-specific design considerations such as large data volumes, allocation limits, and data migration.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Experience developing governance strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Developing and implementing training materials and training plans.
