Customer Service Team Lead Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Dispatcher Operations Manager to join our team at American Telemarketing Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing large volumes of incoming calls, identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction, and providing accurate and complete information using the right methods and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Schedule and coordinate all service calls as calls are received
- Maintain the dispatch board
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Provide support to our daily assigned crews and staff with processing of daily call-ins and tracking
Qualifications:
- Strong phone contact handling skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Strong verbal communication skills
