At Rockwell Automation, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing operational support to our employees and people managers, ensuring a great work environment and promoting interdepartmental harmony.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of human resources experience, including direct experience in labor relations, and will be fluent in written and oral English communications skills. They will also have experience with HR Management Systems, such as Workday, and will be able to work effectively across functional lines in a global matrixed environment.

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including advising people managers on performance management, coaching, and corrective action issues, as well as participating in the induction of employees in the performance evaluation process and the use of Workday and other HR tools. They will also be responsible for monitoring performance evaluation programs and providing support to ensure compliance with corporate requirements.

The successful candidate will have a degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or equivalent, and will be legally eligible to work in Mexico. They will also have excellent influencing capabilities and be able to work in a team-oriented culture, building consensus with stakeholders before making key decisions.

Key responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist include:

  • Participating in the induction of employees in the performance evaluation process and the use of Workday and other HR tools.
  • Monitoring performance evaluation programs and providing support to ensure compliance with corporate requirements.
  • Providing operational support to employees and people managers, ensuring a great work environment and promoting interdepartmental harmony.
  • Assisting with the delivery of employment letters and other requests for services.
  • Ensuring the integrity of employee information and documentation of legal requirements and applicable international certifications.
  • Supporting the administration of services and benefits to employees, including Work Certificates, Life Insurance, and Medical Expenses Insurance.
  • Following up on the termination process of employees to ensure compliance with organizational requirements.
  • Conducting labor investigations and providing support in termination processes.
