About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Government Affairs Manager to join our team at Medtronic. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the regulatory environment and ensuring our product line is reflected to best advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and represent the company on legislative and regulatory affairs with elected officials and government officials in regulatory agencies.
  • Develop and implement strategies for lobbying activities to shape the regulatory environment.
  • Monitor progress of legislative and regulatory issues of interest to the company and provide analysis to company officials.
  • Direct and work with designated trade and business associations, advocacy groups on political, legislative and regulatory issues of importance to the company.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience.
