Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and generate financial reports, including key performance indicators, to provide insights into business performance.
- Partner with Operations, HR, and Technology to support business and financial management execution through added value analysis and deliverables.
- Provide timely explanations of variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets.
- Prepare quarterly reviews for the Executive Committee.
- Liaise with accounting to understand company financials and create accurate projections.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in finance, sales, and financial planning and analysis. Your expertise should include:
- 5-7 years of finance experience in a professional business environment.
- Sales finance and/or financial planning and analysis experience.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Cubes, SQL, SAP, and Enterprise Data Warehouse.
- Prior experience with Qlikview or other BI tools is a plus.
