The ideal candidate will have exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and close deals. You will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential deals, negotiating the deals and getting purchase contracts signed.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking and online research.
  • Manage and prioritize leads, ensuring that opportunities are pursued in a timely and effective manner.
  • Analyze financial data to inform decision-making and optimize sales performance.
  • Schedule and attend appointments with potential clients, brokers, or stakeholders.
  • Nurture relationships with industry professionals and organizations to stay up-to-date on market trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology.
  • Real estate license a plus.
