We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Sales Professional to join our team at Scale Virtually. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the US market.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and close deals. You will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential deals, negotiating the deals and getting purchase contracts signed.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking and online research.
- Manage and prioritize leads, ensuring that opportunities are pursued in a timely and effective manner.
- Analyze financial data to inform decision-making and optimize sales performance.
- Schedule and attend appointments with potential clients, brokers, or stakeholders.
- Nurture relationships with industry professionals and organizations to stay up-to-date on market trends and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer software and technology.
- Real estate license a plus.
