Position: Bilingual Automation Tester
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and End-to-End Testing.
- Utilize testing frameworks and methodologies effectively.
- Create and execute automated test cases.
- Perform manual testing as required.
- Document risk analyses comprehensively.
- Lead testing initiatives (preferred experience).
- Prepare test data efficiently.
- Manage defect processes using tools like HP-ALM QC and JIRA.
- Oversee end-to-end validation processes from inception to production.
- Collaborate within mixed-methodology teams, including both Waterfall and Agile environments.
- Communicate effectively with clients, development teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and design test plans.
- Utilize SQL databases for testing purposes.
- Work with test automation tools such as TOSCA, UFT, or Selenium.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in banking systems is highly desirable.
- Advanced English proficiency is required for daily interactions with teams in the US and India.
Work Environment: This position offers a hybrid work model, with a combination of on-site and remote work.
Working Hours: Standard working hours from Monday to Friday.
