Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Battery End-of-Life Engineer to join our team at Stellantis. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for supporting the design and release of battery management systems in our manufacturing and assembly plants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-of-life testing and troubleshooting of battery systems to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and develop solutions to optimize battery performance.
- Support the development of application-specific test procedures and standards to ensure battery quality and reliability.
- Work closely with plant personnel to troubleshoot and resolve battery-related issues in the vehicle plant.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in battery technology to ensure our products remain competitive.
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data acquisition and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in application engineering principles and process-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience in high voltage battery or high voltage powertrain systems.
- Knowledge of diagnostics fundamentals and experience with electrical root cause tools.
