About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst Assistant to join our team at 847 FLEXTRONICS MANUFACTURING JUAREZ S DE RL DE CV. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting our Controller in preparing financial statements, conducting financial investigations, and developing budgets and forecasts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial management reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Participate in special projects and compile reports to support business strategy and decision-making.
- Conduct ad hoc financial investigations to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
- Prepare receivables reports and work closely with operations and commercial teams to analyze business impacts on site financial position.
- Develop and maintain financial reports for regulators and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
- Assist with internal and external financial audits and provide support to the Accounting and costing departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience and training.
- Background in manufacturing/cost accounting is preferred.
- Demonstrates advanced functional and technical skills and basic people and/or process management skills.
- Demonstrates advanced/thorough knowledge of the function and Flex's business.
- Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes, industries, or functions and comprehension of the relations of such processes at the site.
