Job Overview

Lenovo's Corporate Regulatory Compliance, Standards and ISO team is seeking a Customer Regulatory Compliance Support Specialist to join our Corporate Compliance team. This role will be responsible for providing regulatory compliance-based support for our customers and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond to customer and sales regulatory compliance inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  2. Upload regulatory documents to our website and make updates as requested or needed.
  3. Collaborate with business unit teams to verify compliance projects are completed and documented in a timely manner.
Requirements
  1. Prior work experience in regulatory compliance, certification, product engineering, or testing lab.
  2. 4-6 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of regulatory standards and certification.
  3. Strong research skills, with the ability to search multiple sources to find solutions.
  4. Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  5. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  6. Travel Requirements: Less than 5% travel expected.
Preferred Requirements
  1. Experience with product compliance certification requirements, such as EMC, safety, or wireless.
  2. Familiarity with various types of ITC (information technology equipment).
  3. Experience working with multiple stakeholders across global teams.
  4. Ability to work independently and as a team player, with a strong focus on autonomy and goal-oriented work.
  5. Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
