Job Summary
TransUnion seeks a skilled Administrative Project Coordinator to join its team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record in administrative support and project coordination roles.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the Head's calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain and organize office files, records, and document repositories.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met, monitor timelines, budgets, and resources, and prepare project status reports and updates.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or project management, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in administrative support and project coordination roles, with a focus on organizational skills, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent command of English (C1) and proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong adaptability, ability to work independently, and discretion in handling sensitive information. Scrum & Project Management fundamentals are desirable.
