Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to a global BAI team, including managing Purchase Orders, tracking payments, and coordinating team meetings.
- Manage the team's budget and invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Assist with onboarding new colleagues, updating team organizational charts, and maintaining document resources on SharePoint/Microsoft Teams.
- Coordinate activities, handle issues, and manage calendars, availability, and expense reporting for BAI leaders.
- Work collaboratively with other BAI Administrative Assistants to ensure seamless coverage and knowledge sharing.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with agility and a solution-seeking attitude
- Demonstrated project management experience and business acumen
