**Job Title**

VisionPLUS Analyst
- Serve as a key member of the Fiserv team, responsible for the Visionplus client processing platform in LATAM.
- Collaborate with business teams and client support to discuss client issues, new project implementation, and support strategies.
- Work closely with development, customer, and delivery teams across multiple geographies to analyze business requirements, functional design, and delivery of LATAM VisionPLUS customizations.
- Propose improvements for platform stabilization and drive them through the development life cycle.
- Ensure adherence to established development standards and methodologies, consulting with stakeholders on technology solutions.
- Collaborate with VisionPLUS delivery teams, including development, testing, and architecture teams.
