Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst I to join our Data & Analytics team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst I, you will be responsible for locating and acquiring data from various sources, organizing and cleaning the data, and creating ad hoc reports and visualizations to support data-driven decisions.
Main Responsibilities
- Locate and acquire data from existing data locations, external sources, and new data sources as needed to support analytics and reporting.
- Organize and clean the data to remove quality issues, combine data sources, and provide relevant information.
- Create ad hoc reports and visualizations that support data-driven decisions.
- Work on new data provisioning solutions, explore new ways of organizing data, and focus on developing sustainable data usage for designated stakeholders.
- Participate in creating analytics models by applying data knowledge throughout the modeling process to ensure the data is valid, accurate, and applicable for the intended usage.
- Support data governance activities by acting as a data steward or custodian of certain data elements.
Requirements
- English fluent (90%).
- Programming skills necessary to create and maintain applications.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, economics, and trend forecasting.
- Understanding of various functions within respective business.
- Knowledge of advanced data gathering and analysis techniques, including statistical analysis.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, VBA, and SQL.
- Experience working with databases such as DB2 and SAP HANA.
- Dashboards development & visualizations tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience with Power Automate / Power Apps.
- Experience with SAP.
- Business Acumen.
