**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Operations Specialist to join our team at Kronospan. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of packaging and banding equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all tasks involved in packaging MDF/HDF product according to required specifications.
  • Operate and maintain packaging and banding equipment.
  • Identify and address any product quality issues.
  • Collaborate with maintenance personnel to troubleshoot and repair equipment.

Requirements:

  • Ability to read and comprehend technical work instructions.
  • Ability to operate heavy machinery and work with electric, pneumatic, or hand tools.
  • Ability to be trained and certified to operate a forklift.
  • Ability to comprehend and manipulate metric measurements.
  • Ability to work effectively with other team members and work independently.
  • Ability to creatively problem-solve and work in a fast-paced environment.
