The Role

We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our team and drive data-driven decision making across the organization. As a key member of our data science team, you'll lead initiatives that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and recovery. You'll own the full modeling cycle, from scoping and development to deployment and monitoring, with a focus on business outcomes and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement data science solutions that drive business and customer success.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning products, including real-time inference, and provide after-sale service.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with junior team members, provide technical feedback, and develop shared team tooling.
  • Partner with the business to leverage data insights and communicate effectively to influence company strategy.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a data science role or equivalent position.
  • 2+ years of experience in a senior position leading the execution of end-to-end machine learning solutions.
  • Fluency with Python and related machine learning packages.
  • Comfort with SQL and experience with the full modeling cycle.
  • Demonstrated business value in previous roles.
