Global Sales Development Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Field Sales Executive to join our team at LESCHACO.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating market opportunities and target accounts for maximum growth potential.
- Developing a bilateral sales strategy for our products, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
- Benchmarking sales performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Preparing and following up on call reports to ensure seamless communication.
- Creating and transmitting quotations that meet client needs.
- Collaborating in strategic procurement activities to optimize results.
- Coordinating all trade-related sales activities to maximize efficiency.
- Driving consignee sales campaigns to achieve set targets.
- Preparing monthly status reports to track progress.
- Representing the company at fairs and exhibitions, fostering strong relationships.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Field Sales roles within Freight forwarding or Forwarding.
- An advanced English Level (B1) to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to back up recommendations and drive actions.
- The ability to solve problems, resolve issues, and work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships.
