About the Role

The Sales Executive for Reynosa, Matamoros and Rio Bravo, Tamaulipas will be responsible for developing and supporting the partnership between our company and a group of customers in an assigned territory or in a given geography for a key account in order to deliver net sales, distribution volume, NPAT, and market share targets.

This role will have an integral part in driving consumer demand through implementing CP's commercial strategies, ensuring the accurate execution of 5p's and analyzing the current situation of the stores in charge, their results, as well as detecting opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell-in, Sell-out & market share objectives: Support meeting the sales objectives by selling to key customers and influencing them to stock our products.
  • Achieve sales objectives of the assigned territory: Focus on achieving sales growth and increasing market share in the assigned territory.
  • Implement CP's commercial strategies: Ensure the accurate execution of 5p's (Product, Pricing, Place, Promotion and People) in the assigned territory.
  • Analyze store performance: Analyze the current situation of the stores in charge, their results, as well as detect opportunities for growth.
  • Develop customer relationships: Develop and manage relationships between Colgate Palmolive and Customers.
  • Event planning: Guarantee the accurate implementation of events and their follow-up for fulfillment of the objectives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or related field.
  • At least 2 years of sales/commercial experience in a consumer goods company (In roles as Salesperson, Blue Jacket/Business Partner, Sales Coordinator or related).
  • Availability to travel by car once a month.
  • Passport and US Visa.
  • Driving experience and active Driver's license.
  • Communication, negotiation, analysis and other interpersonal skills.
