Position Overview:
The selected candidate will take charge of implementing and managing Sensata's Product Family SIM process, which establishes a robust connection between Business Unit decision-making and operational execution. This is crucial for achieving timely deliveries, maintaining inventory levels, optimizing capacity, and meeting revenue commitments while effectively addressing potential risks within the SIOP framework.

Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead the development of future capacity plans.
• Facilitate communication with marketing, manufacturing, and customer service to ensure message accuracy and efficiency.
• Define an integrated supply chain that ensures sustained and timely performance across all accounts.
• Measure and monitor specific product or program categories.
• Formulate a comprehensive demand plan utilized company-wide for supply planning.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of large data sets to enhance future demand predictability.

Qualifications:
• A university degree (Bachelor's or equivalent relevant experience) is required.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
• High ethical standards and personal integrity.
• Accountability for achieving set goals and standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with all organizational levels, including suppliers and external customers.

Accountabilities:
• Oversee the product family Supply and Inventory planning process.
• Implement a Master Production Schedule and communicate financial or KPI risks throughout the SIOP process.
• Collaborate with planning teams at manufacturing sites to enhance delivery performance while optimizing inventory levels.
• Develop scenario plans to align demand and supply across various sites and production lines.
• Execute customer, product, and business priorities within the SIM process.
• Formulate an inventory plan that meets inventory targets through appropriate parameter settings, including safety stock and master scheduling data.

Critical Competencies:
Business Priority Setting: A hands-on approach to supply planning with the ability to communicate effectively across functions, focusing on the most impactful topics.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve common goals, ensuring accuracy in the SIOP process.
Communication: Lead monthly Supply Review meetings, clearly articulating inputs and outputs while driving performance towards targets.
Process and Data Orientation: Strong understanding of high-volume data, capable of interpreting and presenting information to support decision-making.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in supply planning, master planning, and inventory management.
• Experience in a global environment is preferred.
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail for data interpretation.
• A proactive approach to challenging the status quo for value addition.
• Familiarity with Advanced Planning Systems (ASCP, APO, Kinaxis, JDA, etc.) is advantageous.
• Supply chain certifications and Six Sigma experience are a plus.
