Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Guest Experience Expert to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Process guest requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information and recommendations to guests on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling room assignments and key cards
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
