Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Guest Experience Expert to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide information and recommendations to guests on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling room assignments and key cards
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
