The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary

Fulfill positive guest experiences by managing the honor bar inventory, maintaining cleanliness and appearance, and utilizing software to record sales and take inventory as appropriate.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain awareness of products availability, product expiration dates, and inventory levels to prevent stock-out situations.

• Prepare a restocking cart and push the cart to floors where rooms are ready to inventory.

• Respond to requests from guests and communicate any issues regarding the honor bar operation with hotel management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience preferred.

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift.

• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
