About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Supervisor to join our team at Koch Global Services. As a key member of our Procurement team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the purchasing process, guiding the procurement specialist team, and supporting plant projects by supplying resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure exceptional customer experience by understanding and meeting their requirements.
  • Develop close relationships with suppliers and internal customers to drive business growth.
  • Anticipate future needs and ensure the team is equipped to meet them.
  • Implement and enforce procurement strategies and policies to drive efficiency and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to set sourcing strategies and policies.
  • Monitor and report on team performance to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of procurement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Portuguese language skills are a plus.
