**Key Responsibilities**:

• Collaborate with users, clients, and other technology groups to resolve issues and recommend advanced programming solutions
• Develop and implement security measures to ensure system design and functionality
• Ensure adherence to essential procedures and help define operating standards and processes
• Serve as a technical advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts
• Exercise independence of judgment and autonomy in decision-making
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and/or other team members

**Requirements**:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques and methods
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

**Additional Skills**:

• Strong technical skills in languages such as C and Cobol
• Conversational English skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
