Job Summary

A dynamic and customer-focused individual is sought to join our team as a Marketing Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, generating tour flow, and qualifying leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide concierge services to resort guests and members, maintaining a collaborative working relationship with hotel and third-party company employees.
  • Offer accurate tourist information and inspire confidence in the Company through professionalism.
  • Determine guests' eligibility for promotional presentations and attract eligible guests to preview the vacation club program.
  • Complete administrative work behind booking, manifesting, and confirming sales presentations.
  • Attend mandatory meetings and training, and complete special projects as assigned by Marketing Supervisor.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing.
  • Bilingual, ability to speak English and Spanish, fluently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-level customer service in all situations.
  • Ability to build and develop strong work and guest relationships, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
