Descripción del Puesto:
Buscamos un Especialista en Selección de Talento para unirse a nuestro equipo en Fastenal México. En este rol, serás responsable de captar talento a través de aplicaciones en bolsas de empleo y bolsas de empleo de las universidades.
Responsabilidades:
- Publicar las vacantes actuales de Fastenal México en los diferentes portales.
- Descargar la información de los aplicantes potenciales.
- Llenar de información en la base de datos con el propósito de analizar el rendimiento de bolsas de universidades y bolsas de trabajo para ser más eficientes.
- Generar reportes del talento captado.
- Atender eventos de reclutamiento para captación de talento.

- Aprender a planear y organizar tu tiempo.
- Desarrollar atención al detalle y sentido de urgencia.
