Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Optimization Specialist to lead our packaging planning, design, development, and optimization efforts in North America. The successful candidate will collaborate with suppliers, customers, and teams to standardize packaging, ensure on-time availability, and agree on packaging specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as central point of contact for packaging topics in North America.
  • Develop and oversee NA packaging best practices and lean systems.
  • Lead packaging design and development for new and existing products.
  • Track packaging planning by suppliers to ensure Mubea standards are followed.
  • Support supply chain cost reductions through packaging design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • More than 4 years of experience as a packaging engineer.
  • SAP system knowledge.
  • Advanced English.
  • Ability to travel.
