Compensation Package
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for bonuses and professional development.
Job Description
The Strategic Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand customer relationships, and increase market share in the Mexican market. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve annual revenue targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- 5-7 years of experience in commercial areas with plastics
- An engineering degree or equivalent
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills (spoken and written)
