**Job Summary**
Rockwell Tecate, S.A. De C.V. is seeking a highly skilled Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, as well as maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the environmental, industrial, health, and safety regulations management team for the Tacate plant.
- Administer the EHS gestion system, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to environmental health and safety, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop, implement, and oversee environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external agencies, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Oversee the preparation of contracts for waste disposal firms and monitor waste handling practices.
- Develop and implement training programs for employees on compliance, lab/plant inspection, hazardous material handling, emergency response, industrial hygiene, and life safety.
- Ensure prompt corrective action is taken in response to health and safety hazards.
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the EHS function.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Regulatory compliance knowledge, including IMSS and STPS.
- Ability to manage security, audiometry, and spirometry programs.
- Sanitary contingency planning and medical services management.
