Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Specialist to join our team at Continental. As a CNC Specialist, you will be responsible for training and executing training plans for area setters, as well as performing and executing training procedures for newly entered setters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute training plans for area setters according to the skill matrix.
  • Carry out and execute training procedures for newly entered setters in marked processes.
  • Perform and execute training procedures for all machining processes.
  • Provide support in rework, reprocessing, customer complaints, and changes in specifications.
  • Participate in activities to launch new products and process changes.
  • Provide technical support to setter CNC Sr, full, and Jr.

Requirements

  • Mechanical Engineer, Electromechanical, or Mechatronic degree.
  • 3 years of experience as a setter CNC Sr.
  • Knowledge and handling of CNC machines (simunerik, okuma, Fanuc).
  • Leadership experience in personnel management, conflict resolution, and leadership.
