We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas.
This individual will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals in providing exceptional service and quality in every interaction with our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of hospitality professionals in providing exceptional service and quality in every interaction with our guests.
- Implement, monitor, and continuously improve service procedures to maintain high standards.
- Delegate responsibilities to employees and regularly assess their performance.
- Remain present in the center during peak occupancy periods to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position.
- A minimum of three (3) years working in Food & Beverage as a department head.
- Two (2) + years' experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset.
- Requires knowledge in Micros and Opera System.
- Requires knowledge of how to operate computer equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation.
- Guest centricity and understanding of the importance of guest preferences.
