Blue Yonder is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join its Partner Engagement team. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for Blue Yonder's partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as main point of contact for partner concerns related to SaaS technology needs
- Handle T1 account-PD/Support/Clouds operations coordination for case resolutions
- Active participation in Steering Committee/Triad calls
- Prioritize and collaborate with Global Service Delivery teams to increase case resolution times
- Partner engagement and contribution to successful SaaS implementations
Our Current Technical Environment
The Project Manager, Partner Engagement, will exclusively work on Cloud environments such as Private/Public on Net new implementations, Migrations, Rollouts, and Major Upgrades.
What You'll Do
- Keep OSAT response from customers higher than 30%
- Ensure delivery environment in a timely manner, quality, and free of access issues within 30 days or less
- Serve as SaaS Partner Manager with hands-on experience to handle key processes for a successful BY SaaS implementation
- Ensure 0 CED Red customer external escalations
- Project/Customer management with 6 years of proven experience required
- Lead at least 1 Continuous improvement initiative for CX efficiencies
- Initiate Commercial conversations with DSS
- Case Management Accountability & Reporting (Jira communications)
- Coordinate Partner Customization Requests
- Lead Mock/Cutover tasks
- Maintain updated in a timely manner/weekly basis GPS records in Salesforce
- Ensure complete CX/HR/Ethic mandatory trainings
- Active interaction with customers/partners and CE where no Triad Model exists
- Break Internal silos to provide Agile responses
- Prioritize and collaborate with Global Service Delivery teams to increase case resolution times
- Main point of contact for Partner SaaS Needs
- Proactive Communication with partners/customers
- Partner Collaboration for Integrated Delivery Plans
- Ensure Partner follows BY Process/Docs to complete Transition to Steady State
- Contribute for Long Term Strategies by aligning with PMO/Partner Alliances teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Experience managing partner relationships and delivering partner solutions
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project
- PMP certification is a plus
- Fluent in English language
