About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced New Product Implementation (NPI) Manager to join our team at Reckitt. In this critical role, you will be responsible for bringing new products to life, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement NPI strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches, from concept to consumer hands.
  • Manage project budgets and resources to ensure successful product launches within financial expectations.
  • Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Lead and coordinate teams to hit project requirements, while maintaining compliance with company standards.
The Experience We're Looking For

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in project management, preferably in a product development setting. You should have comprehensive knowledge of NPI processes and a strategic mindset. Experience in supply chain and logistics is also highly desirable.

You should be comfortable working with advanced data to identify trends and inform decisions.
