We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our site operations and ensure exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and operations management, with a proven track record of maximizing profitability and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct site operations to ensure execution of service agreements at or above client standards.
- Maximize profitability through effective client service, communication, and follow-up on pending matters.
- Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels to support operational demands and business objectives.
- Manage revenue and expenses to budget constraints.
- Train, develop, and motivate employees to peak performance and growth in their knowledge and responsibilities.
- Oversee accounts receivable, including client invoicing and collections, as needed.
- Process incoming vendor invoices, as needed.
- Analyze market trends to develop scalable and strategic operations practices.
- Execute applicable KPIs per company standard.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum seven years related experience required.
- Minimum six years industry experience required.
- Minimum five years supervisory experience required.
