Financial Senior Analyst
This role will report directly to the Regional Finance department, working closely with the Regional Finance Controller to support the monthly financial transactions within Finance, analyze financial results and KPIs, and assist in managing plant finance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and reconcile monthly invoices from service providers to ensure accuracy of accruals and journal entries.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain details from service contracts to use as a source of truth when reconciling invoices on a monthly basis.
- Perform SOX and audit requirements as needed on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Support the Plants and commercial team by facilitating productivities, cash flow, and other transactions based on the delegation of authority policy.
- Assist in productivities and pricing reporting.
- Work with Plant Managers and Finance directors to identify risks or opportunities in expected financials and gain a better understanding of variance drivers.
- Complete month-end accounting activities by analyzing journal entries related to Financials/Expenses, accounts reconciliations, and other related entries.
Key Capabilities
- Strong English fluency (read/write/speak)
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications
- Experience with ERP systems (QAD, SAP) and HFM/OneStream
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Quantitative mindset, high standards of accuracy and precision
Experience
2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis role
