Your Role

As a Wall Painting Specialist, you will report directly to the Chief Engineer. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing professional service at all times
• Ensuring compliance with Fairmont standards and regulations for safe hotel operations
• Maintaining painted areas, repairing signs of wear and tear, and preparing walls for painting
• Responsible for painting walls, paper walls, and trim, as well as maintaining painting supplies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience in a hotel or related field. Your skills should include:

• Conveying information clearly
• Evaluating and selecting among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
• Working effectively in stressful situations and handling problems in the workplace

Compensation

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $45,000 annually, depending on location and experience. A great support team awaits you in this department.
