**Job Summary**

Human Energy Mexico is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drilling Technology Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct technical pre and post-job analyses for drilling products, compiling case histories to inform sales, product enhancement, and R&D efforts.
  • Contribute to the evolution of product design by gathering, analyzing, and reporting information required for product development, including new requirements, improvements, or modifications.
  • Establish test plans for new products or materials, order and plan tests, and deliver run reports and analyses.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor product developments and opportunities, and establish performance benchmarks for our products versus competitors.
  • Maintain close and constant interface with operator technical teams, ensuring a technical focal point to mitigate or solve issues related to product performance.
  • Assist customers, sales, and technical teams to provide and advise on technical solutions and enhancements for operator projects.
  • Prepare and present technical and design presentations, support sales teams in drill bit requirements for customer proposals and tenders.
  • Work closely with sales to ensure customers receive best-in-class service and troubleshoot technical problems and issues.
  • Coordinate the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process in accordance with company protocol.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • 5 years of experience in the petroleum industry, technically supporting drilling operations.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of the drilling industry, general office and sales practices, and drilling equipment used in assigned territories.
  • Simulation software skills and knowledge of drill bit design management and manufacturing processes.

**What We Offer**

  • A competitive salary range of $30,000 to $40,000 per month.
  • A full-time position with an 8-hour work schedule.
