About the Role

We are seeking an IT Business Solutions Specialist to join our team at Prysmian Group. Based in Tetla, Tlaxcala, Mexico, this role involves designing and implementing effective IT solutions to meet business needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance user skills and knowledge.
  • Provide expert-level support for SAP FICO and related modules.
  • Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in SAP FICO, SD/MM, and PP/BW modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
