About Our Client

We are currently working with a recognized real estate and hospitality firm with a solid presence in luxury brand hotels across Mexico and the Caribbean. Our client seeks a Revenue Director who will play a crucial role in developing financial, marketing, and commercial strategies.

The Job Involves:

  • Develop Annual Commercial Strategy: Develop the annual commercial strategy for the hotel portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Operators: Collaborate with operators to set yearly revenue targets and develop annual budgets.
  • Analyze Market Information: Analyze market information and the history of properties in the portfolio to define general and specific lines of action.
  • Establish Relationships: Establish and maintain close relationships with operators and clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Implement Strategies: Implement the strategies and closely monitor the outcomes.
  • Interpret Results: Interpret historical results of income, sales, and marketing data to identify trends and project future trends.
  • Lead Team: Lead, motivate, and develop the team under your charge.
  • Communicate Performance: Keep senior management and stakeholders informed about the performance of the portfolio.
