Job Summary
We seek an experienced Operations Project Manager III to lead strategic initiatives for our valued customers and users. This role involves managing multi-functional project teams, enhancing customer relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • We require you to gather, understand, and translate project requirements and objectives into actionable plans for execution.
  • You will build and manage high-performing teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal or external customers from requirements gathering through product acceptance and approval.
  • Establish milestones, goals, and objectives aligned with customer needs, functional areas, and stakeholders within the project.
  • Review project schedules with allocated team members to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide guidance, motivation, and support to project teams to achieve project goals and corporate initiatives.
  • Communicate project objectives in terms of overall strategic business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary interface with customers, vendors, stakeholders, and project sponsors.
  • Develop project plans that focus on achieving project goals and corporate initiatives, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or metrics.
  • Manage project scope, quality, time, and cost constraints while recognizing key performance indicators.
  • Drive projects to completion according to project schedules and coordinate team efforts to develop integrated project plans and risk analyses with action plans to mitigate risks.
  • Manage resource capacity and time tracking allocated to the project.
  • Participate in financial management and analysis of project-related costs, including capital expenditures, travel, training, resources allocation, and other project-related expenses.
  • Ensure overall project success, including cost, schedule, quality, and scope management.
  • Report project status, issues, implemented solutions, evaluations, and assessments of results.
  • Provide regular updates to leaders, highlighting opportunities for improvement.
  • Recognize potential problem areas against the plan and identify alternative solutions.
  • Identify cost-effective solutions to reduce expenses by streamlining processes and systems.
  • Provide key stakeholders with regular project performance status, variances to plan, and identification of corrective actions.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to customer service, anticipating, meeting, and exceeding expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively.
  • Drive relevant, concise, and effective communication through various mediums.
  • Comply with all company security policies and procedures.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
